Eye of the Tiger
The piercing gaze of a white tiger draws you in, its blue‑ringed eyes full of quiet intensity. Up close, every detail of the stripes and soft fur reveals itself, creating a powerful presence on the canvas.
The Story Behind the Canvas
This is the largest mixed media piece I’ve completed so far, and it began — fittingly — with the eyes. I focused on capturing their depth and light before layering in the underlying colors and, finally, the fine textures of the fur.
Working on such a bold subject at this scale was both a challenge and a joy, pushing me to study every nuance of this majestic animal and bring its strength and beauty to life.
