Up close, the tiger’s eyes hold a quiet power — steady, unflinching, full of presence. Every detail of its fur, from the sharp black stripes to the soft undercoat, draws you closer while the eyes command you to stay perfectly still.
The Story Behind the Canvas
This acrylic painting was part of my exploration into capturing the texture and depth of fur. I loved the challenge of bringing each strand to life.
When it came time to name the piece, my husband took one look at those piercing eyes and said, “Don’t Move.” It was perfect.
